Center for the Arts Evergreen Our mission is " To promote and cultivate artistic excellence and to enrich the art experience in our mountain community." We support, promote and nurture our visual and performing arts, featuring for Arts Alive “Summerfest Arts Festival”, July 17-18, “ Paint, Sculpt, Shot Evergreen” July 24, as well as a year long schedule of art classes, children’s art camps, art exhibitions, concerts and special events.

Artists with Altitude is a group of dedicated women artists based in Evergreen, Colorado, a mountain community outside of Denver. The focus of the artists is to inspire and enliven each other's authentic expression in their diverse media.

Evergreen Chamber Orchestra has been performing in the Evergreen area since 1983, presenting Sunday afternoon concerts at Rockland Community Church and recitals at the Center for the Arts Evergreen and in beautiful mountain-area homes.

Evergreen Downtown Business Association (EDBA) is a not-for-profit organization made up of merchants, restaurants, art galleries, and service providers that keep the “Heart of Evergreen” pumping.  Each member commits their time and resources to provide local residents and visitors enjoyable events throughout the year such as Main Street Days, Farmers Market, Auto & Motorcycle Rendezvous, Evergreen Trolley, Halloween Walk, Breakfast with Santa, Holiday Walk & Tree Lighting and our first Annual Dam Ducky Derby!

Evergreen Jazz Festival The 9th annual 3-day Evergreen Jazz Festival presents 14 extraordinary traditional jazz bands from Colorado and around the nation in 5 venues on July 23 thru 25. The music is the roots of jazz ... Swing, Boogie Woogie, Ragtime, Dixieland, Blues and other traditional jazz forms...with dance floors available so you can join in on the performance. Cabaret seating at most venues. Tickets to hear 30 hours of the 80 concert festival cost less than $3 per hour if purchased before July.

Hiwan Homestead Museum & Heritage Grove a complex of five historic buildings in the rustic style of log architecture.  It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once the headquarters for the sprawling Hiwan Ranch, it is now a museum operated through a partnership between Jefferson County Open Space and the Jefferson County Historical Society.  The beautiful ponderosa pine grove next to the Museum known as Heritage Grove housed a tent colony as part of the Douglas family complex known as Camp Neosho.  Robert Frost camped out in one of the tents in 1931.  It is now owned as a public park by Jefferson County Open Space.
